the mask

do you ever feel like no one is there? everything is falling on top of me and i am suffocating. these people, these people who pass by, not knowing what is going on in my head. they dont know.these people think they know me, but all they see is a mask. This mask has been up for a long time. I can not take off this mask even though it is heavy and scratchy. These people need me to wear the mask and cover my face, they depend on me. What can i do. If i was to take off the mask, these people who think they know me, these people who pass by not knowing what is going on in my head, they would hate me.
